Oh SHUT the fuck up already about the god damned "SWINE FLU" !!!

I have a few points to make.

- MOST of us are immune to H1N1 as this is the VERY SAME EXACT STRAIN THAT HAS MADE IT'S WAY AROUND THE WORLD ONCE A YEAR SINCE 1918. EVERY trivalent flu vaccine that comes out EVERY year contains a vaccine for H1N1, as well as the other two biggest strains of the year.

- EVERY SINGLE FLU has the ability to contain genes from other flu vectors. THIS IS WHY WE CAN GET THE FLU MORE THAN ONCE. This happened with the Avian flu as well, remember that big scare that went around?

- H1N1/Swine flu/whatever you want to call it is NOT KILLING ANY MORE PEOPLE THAN THE FLU USUALLY KILLS EVERY YEAR. The only reason you're hearing about it is because of the fucking MEDIA PANIC (AND THAT'S ALL THIS IS) reporting every single case and every single fatality associated with this circulating strain. Basically, if you're very old (immune system sucks), very young (haven't had exposure to H1N1 before) or immunocompromised (i.e. AIDs patients or radiotherapy patients) then quite frankly it sucks to be you. BUT IT DOESN'T SUCK ANY MORE WITH THE SWINE FLU THAN WITH ANY OTHER FLU.

- JUST BE GLAD that this H1N1 isn't inducing the same effects the 1918 Spanish Flu did which used healthy immune systems to incite the body to attack itself.

- WE DON'T NEED TO START BANNING PUBLIC EVENTS.

By the way, next year it will be something different. Bovine flu maybe!!
